Sue them?  For what, being bloodless dickheads?  She had a 40 year career, and they packaged her off, likely using the old 'We're going a different direction" bull-shit.  They don't want her, or her salary and benefits anymore, and are within their rights to legally toss her aside.  They'll all get the same crappy treatment one day.  End of an all-too-familiar story.

No we're not. Since Friday, the Sun has set, then rose again in the morning, a few times in fact. It's not the end of the world, it's the beginning of a better one (IMO)

^^This. I waited for it to air on 640. When Stafford interrupted it, I went to youtube and watched the rest of it live. Further, I felt a bit giddy when Trump handed CNN their Ass.

I'll give you this OC, you are correct that I am a dyed in the wool Conservative. I'm not ashamed of it either. This province needs a Mike Harris now more than ever. Hudak was Honest. Likely his biggest mistake. He most likely thought that Ontarians would take his statements at face value. Clearly, again, He was wrong. It appears as though a majority of voting Ontarians are a bunch of headline reading lemmings. Wynne's people were successful in twisting the truth around, creating a campaign of fear, and VIOLA! a Liberal Majority.
You don't need to stand beside any one party, but the result is what we have now.
Is it apathy? Because clearly if one doesn't care, they are apathetic, No?
Further, if one does not vote, whether for the opposing party or not, do they have the right to complain about
the current state of affairs?

640's sticks are  just off Green lane, near Tufford Rd.
680's are at Casablanca and the QEW .
590's are only about 18-10 km away up the mountain. All within 10KM (or so)

Don't get me wrong I like Stafford, and if the world around him was better, there is no reason he wouldn't be at the top with the rest...   I have opinions on 640, and what could be done to right the ship on the budget they have currently, but this is not the right place for those opinions.

 

Who gives a shit? Stafford is the only one with the balls to say CFRB. The morning show I listen to actually play excerpts from OTHER Morning shows in other markets, and clearly identifies them by call letters, all the while making fun of their "Morning Zoo" antics and such. The days of not recognizing your competitor are stupid, and over. Who owns/stole the SkyDome BTW?
