Also every time someone uses their radio, their badge # is recorded as well. So that cute fable could never happen today.

640 has trained their listeners (namely me) that their programming week ends at 3 pm on Friday. (Sorry I cannot take Oakley's tired show.) I tune back in on Monday.

To that end, I had no idea they had live non-shilled programming on the weekends. It their fault.

And, yes, it wasn't my imagination, he did work for a new dealership every year.

As for conflict of interest: who knows? I assumed his was a paid show. So, of course, he'll steer people in his brands direction. Maybe 640 will convince me to tune in longer. After all, I'm glued to Drex after never tuning in overnight due to C2C.

In Ontario, you have to sell something at regular price for so long before it goes on sale. How is Mr. FabBOOluss allowed to bring in NEW items and offer them at liquidation prices? Where do you get off saying they can charge whatever they want? This is indeed now. Charging what they want encourages cutting the cord.
Like it or not, Golf channel has to be included in everything outside of basic cable WITHOUT raising the price of cable just to keep people from cutting the cord.
 

Huh? Put down the alcohol please. So cut the cord if you don't believe in free enterprise. Cable companies get charged a wholesale rate for carrying most channels. They pass the cost onto their subs. I don't want to subsidize other people's favorite pet channel.
