I kinda had to laugh at the news story's choice of words, however...
A Montreal radio host has apologized for "making light" of a video of Blue Jays catcher Alejandro Kirk rounding the bases in a game last Tuesday.

I have to confess, at a few minutes before game time, I logged in to SOWNY, and waited…
Had to wait until the bottom of the 8th for Kirk’s three-run capper. But it was worth it.

Yes. You're referring to the last game in the TB series. Kirk hit 3 for 4.
No other Jay got more than one.

He had a bad game in May and another one in August causing you race to your keyboard to revive a thread that started over 11 months ago to make a post not related to radio, where you continue to call someone fat, while the rest of the world has decided that kind of thing is regnant. There's nothing wrong with wanting a highly paid athlete to be fit. The guy is killing the team with the team with his hitting into double plays and clogging up the bases. Turn off your woke button.
