Yes, but with a Canadian twist. The old USA Network I used to watch on my C-Band satellite dish decades ago was really good, making a lot of its own shows. Now it's mostly reruns of the various Law & Orders. Hope the Canadian one is better.

How old is that picture? That looks like the ch. 3 bat-wing antenna on top.

It is from then, but I live in Barrie and can confirm the Channel 55 UHF wraparound antenna is still on the tower. 
Also the new digital CKVR antenna atop made the tower look much shorter than when the batwings were up!

People still even watch that channel?

Thats not much of a drop in height so shouldnt make any difference.

Living in  Barrie now but near the waterfront so its a valley however, im receiving CKLP Parry Sound 103.3 religiously and I love that station.  However my Sony radio has to be on the top floor on the north end of the house lol. 

That Derecho did quite a number in certain areas.  It almost looked like a dark curtain rolling in and the winds were nuts 

Speaking of USA Network, back in the 90s CKVR Barrie had USA Network made tv shows being aired.

It never really happened to me, except for having to stay for coverage of a few massive snowstorms. There was one night I briefly thought about sleeping in the station's tape library instead of trying to venture home. The pictures showed an almost unbelievable scene of water over the tops of cars and a nearby Esso station on the corner with flooding halfway up the pumps. It was stunning and while I got through those newscasts, the only thing I could think of was my house and my basement - and what I was going to face if I could even get home. 

I can't explain it, but when I arrived hours later, my place was thankfully untouched by the damage and there wasn't a drop of water anywhere in my house. But seeing the neighbourhood you live in pictured on your TV screen when you're very far away from it and not knowing what's happening is an indescribably disturbing feeling. 

I can only imagine what the people in Florida are going through.
