I realize many members here listen talk or N/T radio. However, I am sure there are times when you are running errands around town on weekends when talk radio is filled with best of/ encore presentations. Time for some tunes. There are some songs that after hearing the first several notes, cranking the volume is a must! Just off the top of my head, Stranglehold-Ted Nugent, Radar Love-Golden Earring, Godzilla-BOC, Frankenstein-Edgar Winter and The Pusher-Steppenwolf are five tunes that have probably damaged my hearing over the years. There are most likely others, but they have escaped my memory.

Slayer's 'Decade of Aggression' live album gets played often when I'm commuting to/from work. It really helps.

Lee Michaels - Do You Know What I Mean
Crank up the bass and the volume. But avoid headphones. You need to feel the organ's bass
Just the way it was meant to be played.
Online!
"Party Till We Die" - MAKJ/Timmy Trumpet/Andrew W.K.

I love these lists of everyone's "Crank it Up" tunes. All really worthy candidates.
Mine may not be in the harder rock category of AC/DC et cetera, but I LOVE an AC/DC tune played really loud so I won't repeat all the great ones already listed.
I'll add a few of my own:
1. SHOUT - Tears for Fears (I think it stands on it's own from start to finish.)
For some great driving tunes I like that start off a little slower at first, but build up the bass & thumping pace like when you break free of mind-numbing bumper to bumper traffic & get on an on-ramp to a highway & changing gears from 2 to 3 to 4 to 5 brings out that free feeling of a much anticipated road trip, here are 3 other suggestions:
2. Feelin' Stronger Every Day - Chicago. (A little soft-pop, but it works)
3. Lunatic Fringe (Symphony Sessions Version) - By Red Rider with Tom Cochrane BUT the version here below done in 1989 with the full Edmonton Symphony Orchestra. Full Live Sound!
4. Men At Work - No Restrictions (A little tune you may not know of from their 2nd studio album "Cargo")

Another CD I'm fond of when stuck in dreadful traffic is Revolting Cocks' seminal live album 'Live You Goddamned Son Of A Bitch'. 'We Shall Cleanse the World' is an excellent track.

Nice, but Get a Haircut and get a REAL job works even more so for me.
Offspring's Why don't you get a job is also a good one.

I have some hearing loss. So, for me, every tune is a crank it up tune. Drives my wife crazy.
