I love these lists of everyone's "Crank it Up" tunes. All really worthy candidates.
Mine may not be in the harder rock category of AC/DC et cetera, but I LOVE an AC/DC tune played really loud so I won't repeat all the great ones already listed.

I'll add a few of my own:
1. SHOUT -  Tears for Fears (I think it stands on it's own from start to finish.)

For some great driving tunes I like that start off a little slower at first, but build up the bass & thumping pace like when you break free of mind-numbing bumper to bumper traffic & get on an on-ramp to a highway & changing gears from 2 to 3 to 4 to 5 brings out that free feeling of a much anticipated road trip, here are 3 other suggestions:
