I think a CBC reporter fell for a prank
On tonight's "The National", there's a report about the NDP convention in Hamilton. One woman in a clip is wearing a mask, which in these continued days of COVID-19 isn't all that unusual. But she has rainbow-dyed hair and her name is supered as "Lulu Larenciel".
"L'arc en ciel" is French for rainbow.

She's real (not saying she didn't change her name at some point, but that is the name she uses).
