A little closer to home, around 2000-ish, former NHLer Chris Kontos became a sports reporter with Barrie's CKVR during its "New VR" era, and TSN produced an "after the game" segment about Kontos and his work at Channel 3. On a side note, is that Howard Cogan in the preceding ad for EA Sports NHL 2000?
