    If you're of a certain vintage, the Mickey Mouse Club was part of your early TV watching days. The man who wrote that now legendary "Who's the leader of the club that's made for you and me" opening theme was to play a big part in the show.  Here's how he got the gig.

    I knew he was old on the Mouse Club, but I never realized he was born in 1910.
