The Best Canadian Rock Bands Of All Time
As the debate rages in another thread about the wisdom of CanCon rules on the radio, a Chicago writer chooses his top list of Canadian rock bands.
I've heard of them all, except for Voivod, but I'm probably way out of the demo for the Quebec-based group.

Mace: Skinny Puppy, Voivod and New Pornographers are awesome. Metric is mostly pretty good.

How can you not include Chilliwack, Goddo, Carol Pope and Rough Trade, Martha and the Muffins, Parachute Club and even Klaatu.?
