It isn't 740 because it's 2 mV contour encloses more than 10.3 million people.

The problem is, there's something wrong in the listing for every possible station.

The phone number for the sales rep is in the ad - has anybody tried calling and asking?

You'd have to sign an NDA ... so you could find out and keep it secret from us.

The listing now has replaced the picture of the Toronto skyline with what looks like a coverage map. Can't be a map of the GTA since it is including south of Hamilton and Niagara Falls.

Online!
Speaking of which, here's one for the SOWNY-ites in Ottawa that's also listed on the same site. Any idea which one this is? Also what's with the "more available" after the "More Stations" heading? Is someone willing to sell a number of different stations in the market? (You gotta love the parenthesis noting it's Ottawa, not DC!)

Could Bell be looking to offload 1050?

An omni signal coverage from downtown indicates an FM station.

I'd be willing to bet that the coverage map shown isn't too "Technically" accurate. It kinda looks like someone quickly threw it together using a free image editor. As opposed to pulling a screenshot from Radio-Locator.com or some similar site.
