He was on WBFO, WYSL-FM, WWOL, WUWU and WEBR, but I remember him best from WGRF's 97 Rock.
He was 86.

I remember him from his 97ROCK days. Wasn't he with them in their QMF97 days which was after the top40 SUPER-Q format ended?

I think the article mentioned that he was among those who helped to start 97 Rock.
