Recently we had an interesting back and forth on CBC television, and the fact that the public network isn't exactly a firebrand in the ratings department.  Personally, I think this point is exaggerated since we actually don't really know how any of the Canadian networks are doing in the top 10 or top 30 shows.  

We do get more data from the US and can see how the networks are doing south of the border.  Here are the top 10 shows from a few weeks ago, week of  April 8-14, 2024.  CBS has 9 out of the top 10, with NBC and The Voice at #10.  Not only are the ratings extreamely low, but very unbalanced.  Not a healthy sign for over the air television in the US.  Ratings are age 2+ and courtesy of Nielsen...
