He was a part of Psychedelic Sunday on Q107 and the P.A. announcer for the Toronto Maple Leafs for years. But since he left the media spotlight in 2018, we haven't heard much from Andy Frost. 

The familiar voice boomed again at least one last time Tuesday night, when he turned up in the Philadelphia Flyers' locker room, of all places, to announce their line-up for that night's game. Seems unusual, except for one thing - his kid plays for the team and he was proud to have dad read out the line-up.
