In an appearance in Boston, veteran comedian Jerry Seinfeld answered a question from the crowd about the very last episode of his groundbreaking Emmy winning TV show. He admitted a lot of fans were disappointed by it and he's had second thoughts about it, as well, all these years.
And he hinted that the old gang might - just might - get together and try and revamp or even do a new one some 25 years later. But he refused to get too specific.
“Here’s what I’ll tell you, OK, but you can’t tell anybody. Something is going to happen that has to do with that ending. Hasn’t happened yet,” Seinfeld said to loud gasps and applause.
“And just what you are thinking about, Larry [David] and I have also been thinking about it. So you’ll see, we’ll see.”
"Seinfeld" left the air at the top of its game and is considered by many critics to be one of the best comedies ever to appear on TV.
There has only been one very unofficial reunion show and it happened as part of a scene in Larry David's HBO show "Curb Your Enthusiasm." Other than that, most cast members have resisted the idea of getting back together, and Michael Richards (aka Kramer) got himself into major trouble with a racist tirade at a comedy club in 2006. He's been mostly unseen since.

Seinfeld is one of three series to finish #1 in the Neilsen ratings in its final season. I Love Lucy and Andy Griffith are the other two. I know I am in the extreme minority here, but I couldn't stand the series. I found nothing remotely funny about it.

During the 2013 major ice storm, affecting most of Southern Ontario, we enticed cold neighbours into our whole-home natural-gas generated warmth and electricity. Our generator ran non-stop for 54 hours.
After a large turkey dinner, we collectively chose to watch non-stop Seinfeld episodes, everyone really enjoying the entertainment, camaradeire, full bellies and wonderful warmth. However, one couple didn't like Seinfeld, so unlike two other couples who continued watching and stayed overnight, the anti-Seinfeld neighbours went home to the cold and dark.
THAT's what I call really not liking Seinfeld. 🤣
NOTE: It's a fantastic series that we still watch now and then...especially if those neighbours drop by. 😁
