Why is ATSC 3.0 Taking So Long?
After reading this article, I hope it stays away for a long time to come.
Digital Rights Management that could prevent you from recording your favourite show could take us all back to the days where if you missed a show on the air it was gone - until the summer reruns. And you had to be in front of your set to see it.
That will never happen in the days of streaming, of course, but it could still ruin a good thing we've all been enjoying since the days of the home VCR.
