I came across this article recently that purports to link to over 4,000 free vintage films and shorts available on the web, although you won't find many big titles here. But I thought it was unusual enough that some here might want to see what's on the page.
Among the vintages classics they've found in the vastness of the Internet:
-Becky Sharpe, the first ever real full colour feature film,
-Cannibal, The Musical, a bizarre 1993 pic from the creators of South Park
-My Cousin Vinny, the movie that gave us the word "yutes" (youths.)
-Plan Nine From Outer Space, the Ed Wood film notoriously declared to be the worst movie ever made.
-Reefer Madness, the 1936 film that tried to warn young people away from the evils of marijuana. ("Play faster! Faster!")
-Bon Voyage, a 1944 WWII propaganda film - directed by Alfred Hitchcock
-David Bowie, The Story of Ziggy Stardust
-John Peel's Record Collection, a documentary on one of the most famous British DJs, and his legendary discs.
-Mel Blanc, The Man Of A Thousand Voices, which really shows what's up, doc?
-Paul McCartney, Chaos & Creation At Abbey Road, in which the former Beatle looks back at the instruments and recording techniques used by the world's greatest rock band.
-Der Fuerher's Face, an infamous Walt Disney anti-Nazi cartoon starring Donald Duck
-The Great Train Robbery, a 1903 film said to be the first real movie ever made.
And that's just a short list. I can't guarantee all 4,000 links work or that there's no geoblocking. But you can see if anything interests you on the list here.

'Cannibal! The Musical' was picked up by Troma and released around 1998(?). It's based on the true story of Alferd Packer and you have my assurance that it's great low-budget romp.

Some of what you listed would certainly be of interest to me, RA. Since there will be very little to watch on broadcast television in the forseeable future, this could be an interesting site to explore.
