You are correct Chrisphen. RA said he was dead last between the three major parties, which is also correct.

Thanks for mentioning that. I'd forgotten about her. At least one former broadcaster found a path to victory!

No need to worry too much about Mr. Farr....  he is still the Hamilton City Councillor  for Ward 2.  He had previously stated that he would forego collecting his councillor pay from the City of Hamilton during the election period...  His nomination for the Hamilton East riding was official on April 19th,  He also stated that he would still be attending Hamilton City Committee and Council meetings for the purpose of voting on key reports and motions during the provincial election. 

During the April 18th media event with Liberal Leader Del Duca, Farr also stated that he would not commit to  running for re-election as Hamilton's Ward 2 councillor candidate in October's upcoming municipal election. 

So, Farr can start collecting his Hamilton councillor's pay packet as of today June 3rd.  And I'm sure that he will quickly contemplate the future and register soon as a Ward 2 councillor in the Hammer... 

Besides,  politics (albeit municpal) probably pays better than a radio gig on The Grand.....

Hmm. Maybe The Grand is not only the name of the station but also how much they get paid every two weeks!

Quite possibly...  there were a lot of Cabinet Ministers and Assoc. Ministers / MPPs for the Conservatives in the last cabinet/caucus who chose not to stand for re-election.  Christine Elliott, Jane McKenna, Rod Phillips... 

New cabinet, new ministries, new faces, returning faces...  all will be known sometime this summer....
