    Awards Shows Continue Ratings Slide

    Last night a couple of awards shows were on the air head to head.  NBC/CTV had the Billboard Music Awards and CBC the JUNOS both on at 8pm.  We won't know for a while how the JUNO Awards faired but it was not a good night for the Billboard Music Awards on NBC...More from Showbizz 411...https://www.showbiz411.com/2022/05/16/ratings-viewers-shun-billboard-music-awards-with-p-diddy-touting-travis-scott-morgan-wallen

    I've never in my life watched any kind of awards show.

    After all is said and done, more is usually said than done.

    The only awards show worth watching is the Tony Awards because a) theatre people know how to put together a good live show b) you get to see numbers from Broadway shows that you've heard about but (probably) haven't seen and might not be able to see for years (if ever).
