    Interesting Article from CBC...What is Cancon anyway??

    CBC.ca has a good article  regarding Bill C-11 and the implications of cancon for streaming services.   And a question that is always asked.. what is cancon anyway???   Maybe the writer of this article is a SOWNY participant?  Some of the people commenting should be!   Enjoy...https://www.cbc.ca/news/entertainment/streamers-required-to-feature-cancon-1.6415661

    I see RA vs P1 discussion #842 on the horizon. FWIW, the majority of the 265 comments on the article would side with RA.
