Last year, they went on November 2nd, the earliest date ever. If they do it again that early, that's less than a month from now.
My premature condolences to all those working in stores where the signal is pumped in over the speakers all day and all of the night. (Which is a Kinks song from 1965, and doesn't qualify as a Christmas tune...)

Maybe CHFI will play the Kinks' "Father Christmas" instead of Mariah Carey?
