    Doesn't look/sound like it. He also said "Storm is in the building." Also, there were treats on the ground. So pretty staged. My guess would be it happened a couple times when he was working from home, and it turned out to be a popular addition.

    When Adam Styles used to do weather for City TV from home he had two dogs that just had to be part of the show. lol
    He's not with City TV anymore, but it was an interesting site when he was. lol

    Storm the dog has been part of his weather reports for several years now. A posting somewhere got noticed and it went everywhere. American Network and other News Shows. 

    I watch my TV - OTA. get well over 40 channels. Recently missing is Global and CITY-TV. I also used Roku a lot. :-)
