I've gotten some good programming tips from this site recently, so I'm going to offer one.
HBO is running a documentary called "Wild Card: The Downfall of a Radio Loudmouth." I'd never heard of Craig Carton, or his story. He hosted a popular morning show with Boomer Esiason on WFAN in NYC until he got busted. I won't offer any more spoilers, but I found it interesting and enjoyable -- and a warning about compulsive gambling.

Reminds me a bit of the movie The Fisher King.

Not only has Craig Carton gotten back on air after serving his time in jail, he's just hit the jackpot - without a casino in sight. It's incredible the breaks this guy has received, despite his reputation and illegal activities. But if he's truly reformed himself, then good for him.
I can't quite think of anyone who's been given so many second chances. And now he's getting yet another one.
Craig Carton leaving WFAN for Fox Sports millions
"As part of his sentencing in 2018 for fraud, Carton was ordered to pay nearly $5 million in restitution. With FS1, Carton will be able to do that quicker."
