How about Russell Oliver? Does he do any radio?...I mean he even has a jingle (The Cashman)..Don't recall ever hearing any ads for Oliver Jewellery on radio. Or maybe I am listening to the wrong stations. He has been in business in Toronto since 1971.

I'm sure the pandemic hasn't exactly helped their businesses. Who can afford expensive jewelry when you're not working? But tell that to the people at Spence Diamonds, which like the grain farmers' spot, appears to have run almost every break on every station for what feels like an eternity.

Russel Oliver pretty well blankets CP-24 along with Harold The Jewelry Buyer.
If it's not those two its that slew of ambulance chasing lawyers.
