TROUBLE RECEIVING METV/ANTENNA TV: THE SOLUTION

If you have had enough of Covid-19, protest marchs, Big Bang Theory reruns and you have difficulty receiving Antenna/METV, this is the streaming site for you. UNCLE EARL's CLASSIC TV CHANNEL. The site is divided into a variety of categories. TV DRAMA [Playhouse 90, GE Theatre, The Millionaire] ACTION/ADVENTURE [12 O'Clock High, Sea Hunt, Captain Video] WESTERNS [Cisco Kid, Cheyenne, the rarely seen 30 minute Gunsmoke episodes] SYFY/HORROR [One Step Beyond, Outer Limits, Original Twilight Zone]  MYSTERY/CRIME DRAMA [Peter Gunn, 77 Sunset Strip, 1951-59 Dragnet, Alfred Hitchcock-1955] GAME SHOWS [ $64,000 Question, Queen For A Day, Price Is Right-Bill Cullen] There are sub categories for the Three Stooges, Animal Stars,Cartoons and Soap Operas. Most of the scripted shows include all episodes of the series. The game shows and soap operas are selected episodes. The soaps have their original ads included. One 1953 Search For Tomorrow episode features Don Knotts in his first ever dramatic role. There are other sections in the site, I have yet to explore. Happy viewing!

A Treasure trove for sure !!

Has Green Acres, The Dick Van Dyke Show, Monty Python. Jon Stewart, Lost In Space, The Twight Zone and so much more,

Could not find Leave it Beaver, Petticoat Junction, Star Trek and Gilligan's Island. I guess copyright issues. Some of those can't be found in full episodes on You Tube either.

Hopefully the site stays online.

Thank you for that and the great thing is that the episodes are in Chronological order with titles.

AND there is no colourization. All in glorious b & w, the way we originally watched them.

I always thought that the later seasons of the original Superman TV shows were colorized but that was not the case. They were in fact filmed in color in the 1950's but telecast originally in black and white and shown in color starting in 1965.

Also found that this site has a search engine that is handy in finding shows you may not find on the home page.

Re: TROUBLE RECEIVING METV/ANTENNA TV: THE SOLUTION

Watched a couple of episodes of The Honeymooners, Green Acres & Hogan's Heroes.

Somewhat surprisingly, it was Green Acres I enjoyed most.

Re: TROUBLE RECEIVING METV/ANTENNA TV: THE SOLUTION

I have been watching the WKRP In Cincinnati episodes on this site and they contain all the original music. I recognized some Doors, Styx, Bob Seger and Grateful Dead tunes. Perhaps the person responsible for the site loaded the episodes before the copyrights expired.                                                                                                       One other thing that came up in the two parter Goodbye Johnny/Johnny Comes Back where Johnny Fever leaves WKRP for a better offer in LA, was his salary. In the 1978 episode, it was revealed that he was paid $17,500 for his AM Drive shift. Would that have been an accurate salary at that time for Morning Drive in a medium sized market?  It was also noted that secretary Jennifer "earned" $24,000. Some of her duties included not getting coffee and not taking dictation.
