IMDb TV
It's used to be called Freedive but they recently changed it to IMDb TV. I noticed you can now access this site in Canada using an American VPN. This was not the case when it was called Freedive. I am not sure why this is so. You can now watch all The Rockford Files episodes you want.

In addition to the Rockford Files, I found all five seasons [1958-63] of The Rifleman.
