I sort of recall this story, but the only thing I can find on the net was something called RadioSearchEngine.com. 

I say was because I tried the domain and my anti-virus program set off major alarms. Whatever it was, it's not a place anyone should go anymore. 

There may have been others, although I can't find any trace of them. If anyone knows, I'd be curious as well.
