25 Adelaide but it wasn't on the 10th or 11th floor.  If I remember correctly it was the 3rd?  The Rogers TV Toronto floor.  That's where there was a monitor wall showing all the channels and a CER beside that where all the origination stuff was done for the various community channels etc.  

I don't remember TWC coming out of there, but it probably did.

Anything's possible but CHFI was on the 11th floor, CFTR was on the 10th with Theo's and reception if I remember correctly those were the Rogers radio floors.  Cable was on 3, and there were other executive floors that I don't remember because I'm old .   By the way, TWC was suite 316 so that's probably where you saw the hotel feeds.
