Classic Rock is making a bit of a revival...according to Fred Jacobs

With the release of Rocket Man, the Elton John Biopic and last years movie about Freddy Mercury and Queen, plus Mick Jagger making a come back from a heart valve procedure and moving like a 25 year old...

Classic Rock is still "crazy" after all these years, here is more in Fred Jacobs blog post...

Plus below, Mick is back at 75...pretty amazing...

The world would be so good if it weren't for some people...

Re: Classic Rock is making a bit of a revival...according to Fred Jacobs

After a thirty-five year absence from this area, I returned to 97Rock in Buffalo playing the same songs as when I left. "Classic" Rock? To each his own. To me, few were 'classics' back then and even less-so today.

Some must love it, though, a couple of on-air guys still there, Larry Norton and Carl 'Blood 'n Guts' Russo.

Larry Norton retired from 97ROCK in Dec 2015. As far as I know, Russo is still doing PM drive there
