Talk show hosts will have to be careful what they talk about Monday. There are laws in place about dealing with polls and partisanship on Election Day, which has preoccupied stations like AM640 and Newstalk 1010 for months.
Tuesday will be recap and reaction day, which will gradually become old news as the day wears on.
What in the world will they use as subject matter for the rest of the week? I suppose it will be back to the U.S.-Canada wars and other staples, but I feel like we should hold a moment of silence for the yakkers, who have just lost their hottest - and easiest - topic.
But I have to be honest - no matter who wins, I'll be glad once this is over and done for another four years. After all this build-up, I'm mayor-ed and councillor-ed out.

Gong's still airing his adds on 1010.
I will be glad when this done cause gong's adds will stop airing along with the others.
This one's a nailbiter.

I find Gong’s spot funny as he’s offering $1000 “relief” for everyone over 18 in Toronto plus the three “Gongs” at the end of the ad are so over the top that they’re campy. All in all, there wasn’t much political advertising this time round IMO.

This whole thing has been a "Gong" show.

Unfortunately, IMO, not new.
