The radio games may have moved to WGRF-FM in Buffalo, which is hard to get in the GTA. But you'll still be able to listen to the audio here, after TSN signed an agreement to bring the Bills' play-by-play into Canada.
You can hear the team on TSN 1050, TSN 1200 in Ottawa and TSN 690 in Montreal. The coverage starts at the beginning of the new season.
“Canada has always held a special place in the Buffalo Bills organization,” said Pete Guelli, Bills President of Business Operations...“Our Canadian fans are an essential part of Bills Mafia, and expanding our radio network into Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa will strengthen that connection. These affiliates will bring us closer to our dedicated supporters in Canada, ensuring they experience every moment of Bills football.”

What they don't say is what happens if there's a conflict with another sport? Do they have the CFL rights? What do they do if the Argos and the Bills are both playing at the same time ?

Although not intending to trust AI, it gives good response to your question...how accurate, remains unknown.
Because Bell Media owns both the radio network and the broadcast rights, programming is layered rather than displaced:

For this Saturday there is a about a 1 hour overlap. The Bills game starts at 1pm and the Argos play at 3pm.
Do the Bills have there own radio audio or do the use the tv audio like the Argos.

The Bills definitely have their own radio crew, and with the new station deal, they've actually hired a few additional people for the WGRF and affiliate coverage.

Heh, 97 Rock can be heard here:
Does the station get blocked out (in Canada) during a Bills game?

Good news for Bills fans I guess, but I want to know why the ad here looks like it’s from the 60s! Terrible mix of colours and just a very dated looking design, unless that was the intention. TSN should review their “style guide”!

It’s terrible, but it was made by the Bulls, not Bell Media.
Putting a colour version of a logo on a coloured background fails design 101

TSN can only hope the passion for the Bills reaches the same heights it does in Buffalo. A new Nielsen survey shows the team has the highest fan base locally of any other in the NFL. And it's a blowout between the franchise compared to the rest of the U.S.
"Buffalo had an average index score of 208, more than twice the benchmark of 100 for the average NFL market."
And the survey is also good news for new Bills' affiliate WGRF.
"Buffalo was particularly strong in some of the more traditional ways fans follow football.
Nielsen said Buffalo joined Green Bay and Kansas City among the markets with the highest rates of listening to games on the radio. Buffalo was also among the leaders in broadcast and cable television viewing and live-event attendance."
Buffalo named the most passionate NFL market in America and it's not even close

The question now is, will TSN radio carry other NFL games? In the past they have carried three games on Sundays, and the primetime games. Will that continue, or will they just carry Bills games?

When the regular NFL season starts, the CFL does not play any Sunday games until the Grey Cup on November 15. That day the Bills play the Jets at 1pm.

Bills fans in Toronto? That's a given. We get Buffalo tv reception here. Ottawa gets their U.S. nets from Detroit. Way more Lions/Packers/Vikings/bears games than Bills. Montreal? They get Burlington/Plattsbugh where Patriots games are ususally shown. So where does the Bills fan base in Ottawa and Montreal develop if their games are not regularly shown on local tv?
