It's because AppleTV has the rights to the game, part of a package they put together with MLB a few years ago that gives them exclusives on Friday nights.
This week, they're showing the Jays playing the Tigers in Detroit.
That means unless you're a subscriber, the only way to follow the game is on radio.
Another change: this match will start at the unusual time of 6:45 PM to accommodate the one-time feed.

Thanks for the heads up RadioActive, and I mean that sincerely since when the Jays games are on Apple TV, it doesn’t appear in any conventional listings, like the newspaper, and I often miss them as a result, and I have Apple TV to boot! What’s with the 6:45 start time?!

There are several alternative sites with questionable legality to view the game.

I was at the game last night. So glad we stayed until the end! Bases loaded grand slam and the Jays beat the troublesome Tampa Bay Rays. I was surprised that the game looked to be a sell out or very close. A very happy and appreciative crowd. We sat next to a couple and their daughter from Newfoundland and on the other side people from Ottawa and New Brunswick. Hadn't been to a game for a few years, Rogers Centre was rockin.' Great music and features inside the stadium all during the game, and loud..

The Tigers usually start their night home games at 6:40 p.m. I think that has something to do with Friday's start time (just five minutes later than usual) more than the fact that the game is on Apple.
Tomorrow night's game is, at least for now, the only Jays game scheduled for Apple TV, but they have not yet released the schedule for the second half of the season and I would expect them to pick up at least one more Jays game, if not more than that. No inside knowledge or anything, just a hunch of mine based on previous years.
