Larry King has been gone a while, but if you've ever flipped through some of those lesser subcarrier channels from Buffalo or tuned into very late night TV, you may still see him hawking prostate pills. It's a bit creepy, to be honest.
His family feels that way, too, and is not happy about it and has sued the maker of the supplements trying to get them to stop using his image and that infomercial.
"The estate is now seeking a jury trial, profits for ProstaGenix, $750 for every unauthorized use of King’s image and a permanent injunction “prohibiting defendants from using Larry King’s name, voice, photograph, image or likeness,” the suit says."

It sure is a bit creepy for a deceased celebrity to be used to hawk a health product, doesn’t say much about the product’s health benefits! King’s been dead for around five years, lots of time to find a new spokesman.

Well, if you think that's bad, CHIN-FM here has a show aimed at the Jewish community. It was once hosted by a woman named Zelda Young, but she passed away a few years ago. The show continues with a new host, but they still play the commercials she voiced in the last few decades.
And if that's not bad enough, one of them is for a funeral home!

They also used Harvey Aitkin's introduction to the show for years after Harvey died. They only stopped when Zelda died. Given that, I don't think she'd mind her posthumous appearances on the program
