This isn't really much of an article, more like a very right wing online paper's celebration of a conservative radio station. But it fetes WABC as it marks an incredible 104 years on the year. And the pictures are rather remarkable.
It also shows 89-year-old Cousin Brucie (at one point incorrectly identified in the story as 'Uncle Brucie") as the master of ceremonies for the evening.
The party was held in NYC on Friday night.

WABC has significantly increased the music it broadcasts (at least on the weekends). The article mentioned it had improved its rating the since the new owners acquired it. Maybe they are doing something right.

Nice to see that Curtis Sliwa dusted the cat hairs off his beret for the occasion.
What do Canadian radio stations do to mark their anniversaries? A box of Timbits if they are lucky, maybe?

In the August 2025 Neilsen ratings, WABC is 8th with a 4.1 share. A long way down from its top 40 days, but in today's world, pretty impressive numbers for an AM station in the number one U.S. market.

I am not sure that CFRB even got timbits for their 90th anniversary years ago. Other Bell stations like CFRA and CJAD celebrated in style for major birthdays, but nothing on CFRB. I think it was more the station itself that dropped the ball on this, and not Bell. Let's hope for RB's 100th in 2027 they actually mention it on air this time...
