I have to admit I was never a fan of the original "Big Bang Theory," now seemingly a daily staple of CFTO's line-up whenever they need to fill a blank space in their schedule. But I don't dispute it was a huge hit, so to each his or her own.
Now there's yet a third spin-off coming of the Chick Lorre show, this one called "Stuart Fails To Save The Universe." It features a peripheral character from the old show with a twist. And this one sounds intriguing to a sci fan like me.
"In it, comic book store owner Stuart Bloom (Kevin Sussman) is tasked with restoring reality after he breaks a device built by Sheldon and Leonard, accidentally bringing about a multiverse Armageddon. (The contraption is something Sheldon and Leonard worked on after the end of the original series.)"
The question is: will you be able to watch it? It's been ordered by HBO Max in the U.S., a streaming service not available in Canada, although I can't imagine it won't turn up on either Crave or HBO Canada. It may be ready to debut by next spring.
If the original was a favourite of yours, this could be something to keep an eye out for.
At least in this universe...

I never watched BBT when it was in production. Probably was on opposite a program I really liked. I discovered it in syndication and found it hilarious. I could really identify with geek/nerd factor. The smart part, not so much. Young Sheldon didn't interest me. The new spinoff on HBO or Crave won't entice me to spend the extra $$$ to watch it.

It would likely be on Crave, as you alluded to

Same here, I never watched BBT while it was in production but have watched sporadically since .. yes it is quite funny.
BUT .. "Young Sheldon" is blinkin' hilarious especially the earlier seasons when he was a wee lad. I've watched the entire series; it was a staple view while I do my morning 2.2 mile trek on my walking pad : )) ..
