I didn't mind the show, but I did think it was pure fantasy because nobody could ever believe that Queen Latifah, an upper middle aged rather overweight woman, could be a deadly assassin.
But then the original series had an upper middle aged rather overweight man -- Edward Woodward-- in the lead role.
I liked the movies with Denzel, but I was a bit dismayed at how gratuitously violent they are.
Also it was implausible that a 60 something man was able to wipe out entire roomfulls of bad guys single handily.
