I don't know what happened to Zap2it. But all of the sudden it takes you to NewsNation site instead. If you didn't know Zap2it is owned by Nexstar Media which also owns CBS affiliate WIVB and CW affiliate WNLO in Buffalo NY. So for OTA viewers who need a guide for OTA channels I would use TVPassport in the meantime.
Over on the Digitalhome fourms one of the moderators said he had a certificate error while trying to access Zap2it. I hope this is a temporary problem and I hope Zap2it returns.

According to Wiki: "Current statusDiscontinued (as of March 2025)"YET I am now able to access it through this link to get DirectTV New York TV listings:
scratched out. DEAD. That link now goes to News Nation also.
You might want to try Ellie's link below.

This is a big disappointment if true. And since there's a redirect, it looks permanent. I used this site all the time and thought it was one of the best of its kind on the web. A real shame to lose it.
You can try tvguide.com, which is customizable for Canada if you follow all the right prompts.

I registered with this forum just to let you know about a Zap2It alternate that is actually Zap2It listings. I found it years ago when Zap2It was having other problems.
I went there this morning and they have the most current listings up to Monday April 7 which is right where Zap2It would be.

Thanks Ellie. Welcome to SOWNY and hope to hear from you again whenever you feel you have something to say. Appreciate the alternate address! It's exactly what we've been looking for!

I used TVGuide and works fine for Canada. But for some reason not all Canadian towns or cities are listed for Ontario. I had to choose ether London or Kitchener since I live between the 2 cities.

Yesterday Gracenote listings stopped working for me and I found this place that also has the same listings and I could log in with my zap2it and gracenote login details. It kept all of my starred channels, etc.
Just in case you're having trouble too. One caveat: if you click on the show to see upcoming dates and times for the show, it goes to Gracenote.
TV Listings - Find Local TV Listings and Watch Full Episodes
Edited to add: I just found out that Gracenote is stll working on my very old, not updated browser called Pale Moon. I don't update it because I need old Firefox plugins to work.

Thank you for this. I don't use it often but find it very handy when I do need it. I'm glad it's still around somewhere!

Just had a look...and it's comparable list to Rogers Infinity guide. One thing they do that I do reallly like, and wish Rogers would incorporate, is grouping the channels...as in all the PBS signals together, all the SportsChannel together, etc. I find it would relally be helpful so we don't have to ride up and down the list to find them like I do with Rogers.

One feature Rogers has on their guide is "free for me" Only the channels you subscrbe to will be listed. All the Sportnet's and TSN's are grouped between 500 and 521.
