Low Power FM Offers Very Unusual & Eclectic Playlist
There are a few stations in the GTA that still play oldies, most notably AM740.
But there's a low power FM station, KQLH, from a place called Yucaipa, California that perhaps even beats them: the listed format includes music from the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s. That's quite a range. The station also offers speciality programming, promising songs radio doesn't play anymore. (They stream online and you can sample the station here if you're curious.)
Among the offerings: Rick Dees does afternoons, and a wide ranging eclectic playlist. Here's a look at the artists you might hear:

There are some more contemporary artists than 70s in that list too: Ben Folds (listed twice), Kenny G, Diana Krall, Jason Mraz, Natalie Imbruglia, Norah Jones (listed twice), etc.

Can't remember the last time I saw an "oldies" station programming Doris Day!

Zoomer plays Doris. In fact they play a lot from the list.

Never heard them do it, but I'll take your word for it. The point is there are few stations these days with a playlist ranging from the 30s to the 70s and beyond. The quality of the online feed is quite good.
I mostly listen to music radio online during the summer and I'll give this one a chance to impress me then. Although right now summer seems a very, very long way away!

KQLH airs an eclectic mix of the "Music of America's Mainstreet." From the era of the 40's,50's, 60, 70's and beyond..From Big Band Music to Rock not heard otherwise.

Another one I like is wemp fm.
Its an easy listening station with mostly vocals.

I listened to KQLH at work today. Didn't hear any music from the 1930's and 40's. There were a few pre Bill Hayley 50's tunes played. Majority were 60's, 70's and 80's During their morning show they played episodes of the Tooth Fairy and Chickenman. [10:45 and 11:15 if you are a fan] Rick Dees syndicated show airs in Afternoon Drive.
