I won't keep you in suspense - for the second consecutive year, it's Rogers.
The CCTS (Commission for Complaints for Telecom-Television Services) has released its latest report on consumer beefs for 2023-2024 and Big Red leads the pack. The main gripes were over the following:

Sorting the providers by number of complaints is really just sorting them by number of subscribers. It would be way more interesting to see the complaint *rate* of each provider.

Someone big at Rogers must be reading your boards, RadioActive. I just got a text from my local Rogers store asking if they could be of service in upgrading my phone and / or service. 😁
I will say that my previous internet provider Bell steadfastly maintained that I was getting the best possible price and service for my internet service. When I informed Bell I was switching to Rogers, all hell broke loose, and my phone never stopped ringing with calls from Bell. 🤨

Back when they were only a phone company, I switched to Rogers for my landline when Bell wanted to charge me $2/month for a paper bill. Not only did Rogers give me a paper bill, it was $5/month cheaper and they gave me three months free phone service. I still get calls from Bell today.

Same here, but they also know (by pure coincidence) that my contract is up and I can leave at any time.
While it might seem like they read this board, it may also be that they were going to message me anyway, reminding me of great deals on new phones... (perhaps simply someone's job to try their best to keep me?)
