Earlier this week, TVO defended Paikin after he posted a column sympathetic to Patrick Brown, in the wake of CTV's apology to him, without disclosing that Paikin's wife was the ghostwriter of Brown's memoir, Takedown: The Attempted Political Assassination of Patrick Brown.
Paikin claims he didn't know his wife had written the book!
What do you do when your conflicts of interest are a family affair
He's been skewered on Twitter over this, particularly as his wife's role was a matter of public record, due to a recent court case.
