I have a collection of DX photos from the mid 1980's. Not being tech savy, our moderator RA has graciously agreed to help with the posting of three of the pictures. Photo One is a b/w of KJRH ch 2 in Tulsa. Quite clear considering the distance. Photo Two is an extremely vibrant colour shot of WLBT ch 3 in Jackson, Ms. Photo three is again of WLBT five minutes after photo two was taken. You can see the fading has already begun. Also note in the top right corner of the photo the KBTX call letters from Bryan, Tx.

I used to pick up KJRH TV 2 Tulsa, Oklahoma quite a bit via E-Skip (Es) when I lived up in Sudbury, Ontario. I have a recording on YouTube of KJRH NBC TV 2 from circa 2001. Recorded near Sudbury, Ontario.

Very impressive colour video of KJRH. No local ch 2's to null helps quite a bit.

WWL 4 New Orleans - and the show name meant I didn't even need to check the ID. From north Kawartha Lakes. KPRC 2 in Houston and other analogs then made the transition to digital: ''' KNOP 2 in Nebraska was one of the first digital TV stations to sign on. The signal below decoded briefly leaving the following souvenir:

Some Canadian DX today along with two Florida regulars. The Radio Canada Atlantique was ch 3 in Yarmouth, NS. The CBC Manitoba was CBWT ch 4 Winnipeg. As for WPBT and WEDU, they were fairly regular in the GTA but rarely this clear. In one photo, WGRZ is in the background. In the second photo, Buffalo is totally absent. WEDU is in colour with no ghosting.
