I don't know if Simmons is still part of a show in TSN.  But, anytime he gets a chance, he hammers anything to do with Rogers.  Bruce Garrioch is the same in Ottawa.  He appears on Senators broadcasts and works for Postmedia.  TSN has Garrioch in their pocket.

The main PBS station in Ottawa is WNPI, a rebroadcaster of WPBS from Watertown, New York.  The numbers I have always heard is that 60 percent of its' money comes from Canadians, with 40 percent from Ottawa.

I remember it well.  It was very one-sided.  Tretiak was the star.

First single I bought was "Easier Said Than Done" by the Essex.
First album Was Beatlemania.

That is why the IOC demands so much for exclusive rights.

I will be watching this.   It replaces the All-Star Game which I NEVER watch.

October 19th, 1981 will always be Blue Monday for me and many other Montreal Expos fans.  That was the day Rick Monday hit a homerun to win the National League Championship series, preventing the Expos from a World Series appearance.

I find it interesting that Ottawa is considered a Medium Market.

Berman has always done that during the Monday Night game.

I love my internet radios.  My main one is a Mondo plus, hooked hp to my Bose stereo and my battery operated one is in my bedroom.  
I had a Sanyo, but it passed on after 14 years.

People impersonating Rogers reps have been phoning me for a year asking me to switch providers.  When I ask specific questions regarding channels, they have no idea about their product.  Scamming is everywhere.

Does anyone remember when some Leafs games were NOT televised.
