Last evening around 11 o'clock, I turned on the radio to 680 News.
After I heard the news and weather, I went to the Fan 590 to check on the latest sports scores.
To my surprise, 680 News was running on the 590 frequency.
I went back to the 680 frequency and then back again to the 590 and it was exactly the same.
It lasted about 10 minutes.
Very strange!!

Another bad choice/glitch for rogers.
They should sell the fan to stingray or cogeco and keep sportsnet tv because they are better at programing sports television

I would have been curious to also tune into 570 News (CKGL) in Kitchener while this was going on, since they also carry the same Infinity Sports Network feed overnight as the Fan. Was it network wide or just the one station? And was 680 on 570 as well?

Same thing happened late Friday night (jan 3rd), just around midnight.

590 has their lights on because Rogers owns the Jays.
If 590 were to be sold, the new owner would most likely also own/manage the Jays.
