Using AI to generate an announcer's voice? Bad editing?

I had occasion to listen to Jack Kruezer's sports report this morning on WBFO FM, and was surprised at the mechanical cadence it seemed to have.  Is it possible that although he is listed as a 'Junior Multimedia Reporter / Play-By-Play Voice' at the WBFO web page, they are using AI?  Possibly some editing program that makes for a clunky report?

Listen here, and see what you think:

The Scoreboard, December 16.

His biography at the website says Kruezer is a singer and actor as well. 🤔

Speaking of A.I. and famous people, this is pretty disturbing. I hope this doesn't become a new trend.
