Bell Fibe

They changed the onscreen guide and functions. Of course, they made it worse and logged me out of various apps. Thanks.

Re: Bell Fibe

This will not stand. Bell once employed Jean Monty - an indication of their professional judgement.

Re: Bell Fibe

Our main TV provider is Shaw satellite. But we have the very minimum packge with Bell Fibe. The only reason we have it is because the total cost of our telephone and Internet is cheaper when we bundle it with Fibe. The only time we ever use it is when the satellite goes out during heavy rain.

After all is said and done, more is usually said than done.

Could you be more specific? I have Fibe, but I can't see anything different about the onscreen guide. It looks the same to me.

Same here. No change on my end. I use the Fibe TV app on a Smart TV.

Re: Bell Fibe

Has anyone had other connectivity issues with Fibe TV? Seems I need to reboot my modem regularly do to connection issues.  I'm begining to wonder if it is possible the fibe signal is weakening due to the increase in the number of Fibe customers in my neighbourhood now.  When I signed upwith fibe I wasone of the originals since I was so pissed at Rogers at the time!

A new guide with more options on the left of the screen
All the radio channels are gone including the French one
The last button gives you the last channel watched, Not a trending bar across the top anymore.
They finally fixed the sound on the Stingray music channels - it was always too low.

Re: Bell Fibe

There's different types of set-top-boxes. You have the newer one that updates.
