Eastern Ontario broadcaster to undergo life-saving transplant

Some awesome news out of Lanark County this morning, as Grant Deme of Perth's 88.1 myFM (CHLK-FM) has found a living donor match for a liver transplant, and his surgery is scheduled for this Monday. Grant is a former distant co-worker of mine, and has previously done play-by-play for junior hockey teams in Perth and Carleton Place. More from the station:

Sending good vibes.

The world would be so good if it weren't for some people...

Living donor liver transplants are incredible.
Used to be the only donors had to be dead, greatly limiting the chances of getting one.
