Meanwhile, CKVR's loss is CityNews Toronto's gain. Broadcast Dialogue reports that Alessandra Carneiro, a weekend anchor and reporter at Channel 3, is a new reporter and producer at CityNews in the Big Smoke. She'd been in Barrie for four years before moving to the bigger market.
