After more than five decades in TV news, Chris Wallace, the son of legendary 60 Minutes anchor Mike Wallace, says he's leaving traditional broadcasting for something in streaming. Just what the "something" is he has no idea of yet.
“This is the first time in 55 years I‘ve been between jobs,” he said. “I am actually excited and liberated by that.”
It comes at a time when traditional news networks are cutting staff - and salaries.

He had a good run. I doubt there is any place for him in the industry at this point. CNN wants to make huge salary cuts to all their big name anchors.

He was lured away from Fox to work on CNN Plus, which failed miserably. As cash mentioned here, he had a good run!
