Former Evanov Station In Ottawa Launches As Mix 98.5
One of the Ottawa Valley Evanov stations that was to close down has been reformatted by Torres Media as Mix 98.5 Ottawa's Perfect Music Mix. More from RadioWest.ca.

The station does not sound very healthy.
In other words, I don't mean it's a sic aka cool station.
I mean a lot of things about the station just don't sound right.

I agree with others who have already commented on the SOWNY board about this station.
Imaging, flow of music, bad cut ins, if I need to say anything more, clearly you have not tuned in at all to this station.
One of the worst offenders is when they go to ads, then the last ad overlaps into the station id sometimes. (hopefully they fixed that glitch)

I agree with others who have already commented on the SOWNY board about this station.

Thank you for the summary. I made it through part of the AC they were playing, and bailed out. Before any chatter or segues. 😁
