None of this is any surprise, since Moses tends to not want to answer to anyone but himself.

Great question as he didn’t have kids, that we know of! Marilyn Lightstone has been his long time partner so maybe she’ll be in charge.

Maybe Libby Z., but would she want to? Good suggestion though.

Learn something new every day. Not that I've devoted a lot of thought to the matter but I've always assumed Libby was Moses' daughter.

A very common misperception, going all the way back to the City TV days.

The first time I met Moses was in the 1980s.
The Gemini awards were on and I was covering them.
During a cocktail gathering at the hotel, I saw Moses standing nearby, so I thought I would go up and introduce myself.
I said hello, told him who I was and where I worked etc, as I extended my hand for a handshake.
As I was speaking he looked me up and down with a look of utter contempt. He did not extend his hand.
He then turned his back on me and began talking to someone behind him.
I simply walked away feeling quite awkward, but also angry.
As the years went by friends of mine who worked for CITY told me horror stories of his alleged psychotic behavior and cruelty. (allegedly).
I am really surprised he has never had his comeuppance, or a "me too" experience.

funny, you're not alone newsguy1
I had the same experience with Mr. Z
I do think he had some level of "comeuppance" when CHUM moved him out of the way
